The Patriot Post's mission is to advocate for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and to promote free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. Our objective is to provide Patriots across our nation with a touchstone of First Principles through brief, informative and entertaining analyses of relevant news, policy and opinion from reputable research, advocacy and media organizations, so they may better support and defend those Principles, and enlist others to join our ranks." —Mark Alexander, Publisher

In the months leading up to the 2008 election I reminded voters who maintained it didn't matter who occupied the White House that this election meant Supreme Court nominations. Well we've seen the result of Obamamama who as nominated, and had confirmed by his minions in the Senate, two justices (I can hardly bring myself to use the term) who are so far left of progressivism they make Steven Breyer appear conservative.Yet, this is what the fate of our country has come down to. The opinion of one man Anthony Kennedy whose opinion in Kelo provides darkness to the hoizon of Liberty.
