This is getting downright ridiculous. It saddens me that these folks in our government can do these things so blatantly and get away with it. What has caused such complacency in this country? Why are people ok with others telling them how to live? Why are people content to let others fight their battles? Why do people think the government knows what is best for them? Because they went to law school? Because they went to an Ivy League school? I'm an engineer from the Midwest and I could run this country 10 times better than anyone else that is in office and you know why? Not because I'm "smart" or "educated" but because I have the well-being of THE PEOPLE in mind..... and the best thing you can do for the people is let them be free and make their own decisions..... each person knows what is best for themselves. I'm tired of the government putting me on a list because I believe in the Constitution or the Bible, both documents that have been around far longer than any of those buffoons in office. Give me a break!
