To restore the authority of the Constitution, implement the following: decisions of an appellate court or SCOTUS which are deemed oppositional to the clear intent of the U.S. Constitution can be the subject of a referendum of the people, such referendum to be placed on a statewide ballot by a simple majority of the state legislature. The referendum will call for overturning the decision plus removal of any and all judges who voted for it. If a simple majority of state referendums (26) votes "Yes," the decision is overturned and the offending justices are permanently removed.
