I don't have a precise recipe for how Romney should do it, but Romney's general strategy should be to utilize the fact that narcissists are hopelessly blind to their narcissism. Because of this, it should be possible to goad Obama into publicly demonstrating his condition. The current flap over the "Polish death camps" remark would be a good example of an opportunity. With the Polish government and Chief Rabbi of Poland saying an apology is called for, Romney could stress how Obama "owes" them an apology. Since, in Obama's mind, he's above that sort of thing, his refusal will rub salt in the wound and make his grandiosity more readily apparent. It would further highlight the personality difference between Obama and Romney. As Obama sounds more and more like a megalomaniac, his demonizatioin of Romney will fall on deaf ears.
