Old Soldier, bitter truth department, the tipping point was in 1920 with the 19th Amendment and we went over the cliff in 1965 with unlimited third world immigration legislation. The conservative base is the white population and as the white majority dwindles and disappears politics becomes pure wealth redistribution, with increasing use of force to accomplish that end. Even with a Republican victory this election the process will only be slowed, not reversed. Our system will inevitably collapse and be replaced by an authoritarian system. This is the future for your grandchildren, all you can do now is to prepare for it.
