I further presume you intended revolution when you stated civil war. Military dictator ship? Not likely Mr. Sprau. You need a spell check device, and you need to learn history. It was the military that provided the opportunity of this Republic. Only three percent of the population at that time. That was a revolution, not a civil war. Check the last paragraph of the PP. "Some may be reluctant to pursue arms if the ballot fails." Not this military individual, and I know of hundreds who feel the same way. That revolution was against a tyrant king, we have the same situation now and it may require the same rise of at least three percent. Semper Fidelity, hmmm?
