There are only two offices that require being a "natural born citizen" as opposed to a simple "citizen". Those are President and Vice President. "Natural born" means born on US soil. You can still be a citizen if you are born on foreign soil, but you won't be "natural born". In 1961, when Obama was born, he was born a citizen because his mother was a citizen. So let's assume he was born in Kenya. Then his mother must have thought: "Here's my new baby. He's a citizen of the US since I am, but he's not natural born, so he won't be qualified to be President. So I am going to fake newspaper announcements and a birth certificate so that some day little Barack can become the President." Is that your story? His mother was thinking this while she was in Kenya?
