2012 Election FAIL Bullet Points

Halftime Is Over ... We're Back in the FIGHT!

By Mark Alexander

November 8, 2012

2012-11-08-alexander-thumbnail
Tuesday, the final ballot-box battle to unseat Barack Hussein Obama was narrowly repelled, but in the process, his socialist cadres exposed the full range of weapons and tactics in their arsenal. While our unceasing efforts to defend Liberty would have received an assist by a Romney-Ryan victory, our mission in support of Liberty is not predicated upon who sits in the White House or on Capitol Hill.

The Tipping Point -- Liberty in the Balance

The 2012 Election Was Between Liberty and Tyranny

By Mark Alexander

November 1, 2012

2012-11-01-alexander-thumbnail
As a student of history, I would assert that in no election since 1860 has our nation been more viscerally divided along clearer battle lines than in the current contest between Romney/Ryan and Obama/Biden. On Tuesday, we will, in the words of Thomas Jefferson, "make our election between economy and liberty, or profusion and servitude." Will enough independent voters choose Romney's plan to restore economy and move the needle back toward Liberty, or will a majority again be mesmerized by Obama's rhetorical socialist propaganda? We will know the answer to that question in a few days.

Romney v Obama, Adult v Adolescent

It Will Take "Adult" Independent Voters to Defeat Obama

By Mark Alexander

October 25, 2012

2012-10-25-alexander-thumbnail
The only question at this late stage of the 2012 presidential campaign is this: Are there enough adults among undecided voters to turn back the socialist tide?

Obama's 'October Surprise' #1 -- Obfuscation and Diversion

Saving Big Bird While the U.S. Economy Sinks

By Mark Alexander

October 11, 2012

2012-10-11-alexander-thumbnail
To alter the perception of the truth, the art of remolding it into something else in order to promote particular political agendas, was perfected by 20th-century socialist propagandists under the heading "Dezinformatsia" (disinformation). Obama's cadres are very adept at utilizing two primary disinformation tactics: obfuscation and diversion.

Countering Obama's Blame-Shifting Baloney

The first of the 2012 Presidential Debates is over. More than 60 million viewers watched as the undisputed champion of this round, Mitt Romney, towered like the brilliant, unyielding professor over a petulant, adolescent "community organizer."

The FDR Model for Buying Presidential Elections

Redistributing Wealth and Entitlements for Votes

By Mark Alexander

September 27, 2012

2012-09-27-alexander-thumbnail
In the conservative and business media, there is much perplexity and vexation over the inverse relationship between Barack Hussein Obama's rising job approval ratings and our nation's failing economic status.

However, given a little insight into human nature, there is nothing contradictory about Obama's polling and the economy's decline. The only thing that perplexes me about these popularity metrics is why anyone would be perplexed.

The ObamaNation Poverty Plantations

Keeping Black Folks Enslaved on Government Welfare Plantations

By Mark Alexander

September 20, 2012

2012-09-20-alexander-thumbnail
Barack Hussein Obama's Leftmedia sycophants declared the Romney-Ryan presidential ticket DOA this week. The talkingheads have convicted Mitt Romney for what they insist is a very offensive "political gaffe" uttered at a private campaign event back in May.

The colossal blunder in question? Romney identified the underbelly of Obama's socialist political agenda -- the fact that an ever-increasing number of "useful idiots" have been lured into subservience by generations of Socialist Democrat policies, are now dependent on a laundry list of government subsidies, and, consequently, they are very likely to vote for the candidate who will continue redistributing wealth to fund those subsidies.

BO's BS

Exposing Obama's Socialist Dezinformatsia

By Mark Alexander

September 13, 2012

2012-09-13-alexander-thumbnail
There's been a flood of BS from Barack Hussein Obama in the last week, and high ground is in short supply. H. L. Mencken had it right: "Democracy is a form of religion. It is the worship of jackals by jack asses."

Obama's America

The Roots of Obama's Radicalism

By Mark Alexander

August 30, 2012

2012-08-30-alexander-thumbnail
Timed for theatrical release in advance of the Republican National Convention to nominate the Romney-Ryan ticket, Dinesh D'Souza's much-anticipated film "Obama's America: 2016" is earning great reviews and already ranks among the top-grossing political documentaries of all time. The film encourages the audience to consider where our country will be in 2016 if Barack Hussein Obama is re-elected.

Frankly, however, it's a great leap of faith to believe there will be an "America" in 2016 if Obama is re-elected.

A Romney-Ryan Revolution?

The Formula for Shock and Awe

By Mark Alexander

August 23, 2012

2012-08-23-alexander-thumbnail
If the Romney-Ryan combo is going to pink-slip Obama, just as Obama's policies have pink-slipped millions of Americans, this ticket will have to break from the conventional Republican formula. The question is, will Romney and Ryan unveil a winning strategy in Tampa?

What I Want Obama to Release

'The Most Open and Transparent in History'?

By Mark Alexander

August 9, 2012

2012-08-09-alexander-thumbnail
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) cowardly slandered from the Senate floor that he has heard from a "Bain Capital investor" that Mitt Romney paid no taxes in the last 10 years. Reid and other partisans are now attempting to obtain Romney's tax returns for those years so Leftists can read the worst into what are undoubtedly very complex tax filings.

But there's a long list of documents that I still want Obama to release.

Obama Surrogates Attack First Amendment

By Mark Alexander

No sooner had Barack Hussein Obama launched his campaign Demo-goguery assaulting the Second Amendment last week than his surrogates set about attacking the First Amendment.

Their target of opportunity was Chick-fil-A, the most recent entry on a long list of companies large and small that have come under attack for Christian business practices.

In the wake of the tragic mass murder in Aurora, Colorado, last week, three groups weighed in on the "gun problem" -- Democrats and their media sycophants, of course, but perhaps most distressingly, Republicans, many of whom fell woefully short of defending Essential Liberty.

Retreat Is NOT an Option!

Join our Patriot Ranks and FIGHT!

By Mark Alexander

July 12, 2012

2012-07-12-alexander-thumbnail

In October of 1941, amid the darkest of days in human history, against seemingly insurmountable odds, Sir Winston Churchill issued this charge: "Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never -- in nothing, great or small, large or petty -- never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy."

The Patriot Post is a highly acclaimed advocate of Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and the promotion of free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. We believe, as did our Founders, that Essential Liberty must be defended at any cost. "They that can give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety." (Ben Franklin) · "A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty, once lost, is lost forever." (John Adams) · "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." (Thomas Jefferson) · "If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace." (Thomas Paine) · "It does not take a majority to prevail...but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. ... If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!" (Samuel Adams) · "Give me liberty or give me death!" (Patrick Henry) · "Our cause is noble; it is the cause of mankind!" (George Washington)
