No matter what the Obama mob wants to call them, incidents, accidents, oversights, indiscretions or discretionary use of executive authority. I am appalled at the sheer number allowed, overlooked or simply ignored by the United States Congress. No president, and there is yet considerable doubt whether or not the overbearing narcissist occupying the oval office, is our legitimate president, has ever compiled a comparable list of whatever they are. As an octogenarian American citizen, I call most of his eyebrow raisers, impeachable offenses.

Let’s begin with the question of Barack Hussein Obama’s questionable documentation to support his eligibility to even be on the presidential ballot in any single state. Obama has refused to release a valid long form birth certificate which would show conclusively that he is a dual citizen and therefore not constitutionally eligible to serve as President. “Obama’s college records, which have also not been released, would also contain information regarding his dual citizenship status."

"Protecting union interests over those of GM and Chrysler bond holders during bankruptcy proceedings, forcing investors to accept millions of dollars in losses in direct violation of bankruptcy laws, money to which they were legally entitled.” ibid

“Preferential treatment [was] given to minority and women owned car dealerships by Obama administration officials as part of the auto industry bailout program and the forced closing of a disproportionate number of dealerships located in rural areas that did not vote for Obama.” ibid

“The president promised to be more accountable and efficient with government spending. He has obviously missed the boat on efficiency. On accountability? Solyndra, Yucca Mountain, Fast & Furious, etc."

"And, of course there was the "shovel-ready” jobs project–but a year after the president entertained that fantasy, the New York Times quotes the president as conceding that, “there’s no such thing as shovel-ready projects.” ibid

Mr. Obama appears to go out of his way to reignite the flames of racism which most Americans thought were nearly dormant following passage of the Civil Rights Act pf 1965. Obama and his Attorney General Eric H, Holder in obvious collusion allowed two members of the new Black Panther Party who had confessed to voter intimidation during the 2008 Election to go free.

Most recently Mr. Obama announced the formation of “African-Americans for Obama,” a blatantly racially dividing act.

There are at least another hundred actions by Obama that fall under the term High Crimes and Misdemeanors. All impeachable acts.

Foremost among these occurred on March 19, 2012 when Obama, without consulting the Congress, ordered U. S. Planes to launch air strikes against Libya, a country with whom we were not at war and who was posing no direct threat to America.

Obama has been, since his inauguration, delinquent in his non-enforcement of immigration law as was his responsibility under Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution. He, a self-proclaimed Constitutional Scholar, falsely advised the Governor of Arizona that she had no authority to enact and enforce state legislation to identify, apprehend and remove illegal aliens from the state. In fact such authority was retained by the sovereign stated as noted in Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3.

Though Obama is guilty of multiple offenses and should be impeached; he is not solely responsible. Congress was given the tool to rid the nation of an obnoxious executive. That tool is the too infrequently used impeachment process. It might do well to consider a rule in the House requiring either or both the Speaker and Majority leader be charged with dereliction of duty brought by a petition of not less than one hundred citizen members of the same party, and tried by the Committee on Ethics of the House.

In any event, Obama appears to have overstepped and overreached too far and too often and need to be so informed officially and on the record. Too many chief executives have exercised powers they have not been given by We the People. It is time to halt the practice.
