The Patriot Post's mission is to advocate for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and to promote free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. Our objective is to provide Patriots across our nation with a touchstone of First Principles through brief, informative and entertaining analyses of relevant news, policy and opinion from reputable research, advocacy and media organizations, so they may better support and defend those Principles, and enlist others to join our ranks." —Mark Alexander, Publisher
The Patriot Post is not sustained by any political, special interest or parent organization, and we accept no advertising. Our mission and operations are funded entirely by the voluntary financial support of Patriots like you!
At the end of the day I want to believe the guy. I have to because I believe Christ. Forgiveness is offered. It's there for the taking. Repentance is Possible. Ask and you shall receive. Knock and it shall be opened. Look into the organizations that are leading people out of the death of homosexuality into life, and marriage and normalcy, and happiness. There are endless stories of victory for people who have asked Christ to change them and forgive them and carry them through every weakness. The Screaming Queer Parties all say this is impossible but they lie. Steve might well contend with memories that excite him. He might still be trying to justify himself. Wouldn't you? There but by the grace of God...you were the boy who turned down the street on the right. If you'd turned down the street on the left, the man was waiting there and nothing would have been the same. Steve also claims to have become a non-offender. He seems to have written a book on the issue. Might be worth a peak? Can you be sure its all an exercise in vicious, vicarious pleasure. Sweet dreams of days gone by? Or do you think he might have spent some serious time recoiling in horror, at things he did? God alone will judge his heart, but he seems to be acting against the nightmare, not to advance it.
I'd go with Reagan's dictum for these guys, "Trust but Verify", to the nth degree.
I'm with you. Touch my kids, and I'll put you down. Without a tear.
But I'm a bit more optimistic about Steve possibilities. If he says," Jesus, touch my heart and lift me up," my prayers go with him.
