Obama's grandmother worked in a Honolulu Bank. She eventually became its manager. She is presumed to have had the opportunity of handling some financial matters connected to the deceased gentlemen from Connecticut who had moved to Hawaii and later died there. His social security number could have been appropriated on behalf of Obama Jr. by his grandmother since he eventually began using it. That's a theory that might explain his using the number that he uses.
