Perhaps, in this day, in the perilous conditions we observe in these United States of America, we must restate the reasons for which this country separated from its original king and sovereign. Even today, tyrants attempt to rule without consent of the governed. We must firmly resist. Here are our beliefs and complaints:

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations evinces a design to reduce these liberties under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these Citizens; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.

The term of the present occupant of the White House in Washington, D.C., is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these Citizens.

To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation and good of large numbers of people, Laws of immediate and pressing importance. For those Laws already passed for the public good and provenance of this nation, he has refused to enforce them, and he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has called together forces to impose his executive actions with no attention to the will of the governed, with few public hearings and no opportunity for critical discourse, for the sole purpose of fatiguing citizens into compliance with his measures.

He has usurped, at his own whim, authority and governance of segments of the private industry and commerce reserved to the people. In the enforcement of said usurpation he has co-opted the offices of the people’s government to levy onerous and burdensome regulatory impositions, taxations, and fines.

He has dismissed the efforts of the Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to allow elected federal and state officials to perform their sworn duties; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.

He has endeavored to subvert the immigration laws of the nation and of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass other Laws to discourage illegal immigration.

He has arbitrarily demanded federal Appropriations of Lands, without due consideration of Citizens or States rights to determine the highest and best use of their own territory.

He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to investigation of the very federal department, to wit, the Department of Justice, responsible for enforcement of national Laws. These are Laws passed by the Legislatures and signed into law by previous executives.

He has made Judges dependent on his Ideology and Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies of tax agents and security forces without the Consent of our legislatures. He has permitted unlimited and illegal access to personal and business premises for intimidation purposes.

He has affected to render the Military incompetent and inferior to nations which threaten the welfare of this nation.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:

  • For support of a world-wide agency, indeed, free and unrestricted access of brigands and tyrants to our very shores; wherein the notated purpose of this agency is to destroy democracy and promote socialism;

  • For use of our taxes to support this agency which operates, in the main, contrary to the wishes of the citizens of this nation;

  • For subjecting our election processes to arbitrary review by agents from countries which, themselves, have no free elections;

  • For depriving us, through this international agency, of the benefits of the Second Amendment of our Constitution;

  • For subjecting our citizens to the vagaries of a World Court;

  • For allowing other tyrants and dictators genocide of unparalleled proportions, without rebuke or redress.

He has abdicated his Government leadership position here, by declaring his disgust with the innate greatness and generosity of this nation.

He has diminished, to the greatest extent possible, the humanitarian efforts of this nation for the basic rights of others in foreign lands. Indeed, he has mocked and devalued the nation’s blood shed on the many foreign battlefields of the world for those basic rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness of all men.

He has plundered our treasury, ravaged our morals, suborned our churches and charities, and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time negotiating with corrupt regimes to allow their emergence from proper world-wide sanctions, so they may continue their works of death, desolation and tyranny. Totally unworthy of the Head of a civilized nation, he excuses those entities which have already shown circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages.

He has provided weapons to our enemies. He has released enemies of our nation to take up arms against us again. He has become an executioner of our Citizens in foreign lands, even his foreign agents.

He has constrained our military from protecting our fellow Citizens taken Captive, or under actual Attack. He has refused to pronounce and deliver potent retribution to those who hold our Citizens hostage.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to burden the inhabitants of our ghettos and cities with merciless racists, rioters and protesters, all savages, whose known rule of warfare is an undistinguished destruction of all property and civil authority.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.

An Emperor whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our politicians. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislatures to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. They, too, have demurred from their sworn duty.

We have reminded them of the destruction of lawful immigration and settlement here. They have remained mute.

We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably destroy our trust and confidence in their patriotism. They have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce to the necessity of our rejection of their tyranny, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Citizens of the American Republic, in situ, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of these good Citizens, solemnly publish and declare that these United States of America are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the present federal government, and that all political connection between them and the present Emperor and his cohorts is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent Citizens, we have full Power to do all which Independent Citizens may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
