The Patriot Post's mission is to advocate for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and to promote free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. Our objective is to provide Patriots across our nation with a touchstone of First Principles through brief, informative and entertaining analyses of relevant news, policy and opinion from reputable research, advocacy and media organizations, so they may better support and defend those Principles, and enlist others to join our ranks." —Mark Alexander, Publisher

Respect for the Constitution may not be high on the list of Justice Ginsburg or the President, however, I have hope that 5 of the other justices have restored some faith by overruling Obama Care. Today, President Obama showed little respect for the Court in his remarks from the Rose Garden. He seemed to be starting a dialogue that blames the Court for decisions that he disagrees with. But perhaps that is a signal that he already knows that his signature 'accomplishment' has been rejected. It is a pretty safe bet that Kagen, or one of the other three, has leaked the decision to him. Otherwise, why would he have started the blame game against "the unelected judges", as he did today?
