The Patriot Post's mission is to advocate for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and to promote free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. Our objective is to provide Patriots across our nation with a touchstone of First Principles through brief, informative and entertaining analyses of relevant news, policy and opinion from reputable research, advocacy and media organizations, so they may better support and defend those Principles, and enlist others to join our ranks." —Mark Alexander, Publisher
The Patriot Post is not sustained by any political, special interest or parent organization, and we accept no advertising. Our mission and operations are funded entirely by the voluntary financial support of Patriots like you!
I used to be one of those who said something to the effect that I liked many of Ron Paul's positions but was disturbed by his foreign policy. Then it occurred to me that I was simply parroting what everyone else was saying and decided to find out for myself. My view is, anyone who has not read his "A Foreign Policy of Freedom" is speaking from a position of ignorance. I've yet to meet anyone uncomfortable with his foreign policy who has read this book. I'm not an expert, but I cannot find anything unconstitutional in his foreign policy, not to mention not finding anything unreasonable. On the contrary, it is all based on the Constitution. I believe he is intentionally misrepresented because all the career politicians and their beneficiaries (which includes business, labor, military, pretty much you-name-it except the so-called common folk) stand to lose big if he is elected. And he's electable if enough of us learn the truth and speak it. (That's assuming the votes are counted legitimately, which may be a huge assumption.)
