ou may have received an email about the UN Small Arms Treaty. It's a bluff. The US Government has no such power to ratify any treaty that is repugnant to the Constitution. The government is saying that Treaty is the supreme law of the land. Read this Supreme Court case. The US Supreme court says Treaty does not trump the Constitution. Treaty is the supreme law of the land, IF it complies to the Constitution. If it doesn't comply with the Constitution, it's void.
