The infrastructure argument is bogus. All governments have built roads, bridges, have fire brigades, police and military forces. Are they Pharaohnic since they existed in ancient Egypt? Feudal since the existed in medieval France? Imperial since they existed in the Roman Empire? Monarchical since they existed in Imperial Japan? Communist since they existed in the USSR? Fascist since they existed in Mussolini's Italy? Capitalist since they exist in the USA?
