Class A CWP is obtainable in "some" locales in Mass, however, one has to jump through a lot of hoops, and in some places, such as Boston, they will not issue, even though state law has that provision. Basically it is up to the Chief of Police in whatever town you live in. This flies in the face of the intent of the 2nd Amendment, and is in sharp contrast to states like Arizona, and Vermont.
