I believe that whenever there is a "Gun Free Zone" posted, the facility has taken it wholly upon themselves to protect the patrons. And, when something happens, "THEY" are 100% liable for the safety of everyone there. I wonder what would have happened if just "one" person there had a CCP and stopped the carnage before it got as bad as it did. Remember the Luby's Cafeteria rampage in Texas years ago? That incident spawned the CCP in Texas. You have to take responsibility for you and your family's own safety. There are sheep, and there are sheep dogs. Be a sheep dog.
