Burt - the idea of San Francisco and Berkeley being swapped is a great one. The two stipulations are these:1. Marin County, home of Barbara Boxer, must be included in the deal. That would take out Boxer, Pelosi, and Fienstein in one fell swoop. Hell, we ought to pay them to take it off our hands.2. The Chinese can never, ever, ever give them back...ever.
