Bill, you are completely wrong. The Obama/Biden administration is, in fact, all about things that are "shovel ready". Of course, we are referring to the end product of the posterior of a farm animal and not actual projects that will have a positive impact on the U.S. economy... ;) Sorry, I simply could not resist!
