Among our GOP candidate field, Mr. Gingrich seems to have the best grasp of foreign policy. I believe our Constitution meant for that office to concentrate on conditions at our nation's border and outward, while most of governance within it should be left to the states. As we saw with 9/11, the people's focus can change in the blink of an eye. We need to vote with those concepts in mind.
