"One suspects a written agreement specifically tied to the $1.5 billion in foreign aid would be more effective."How about NO FOREIGN AID at all? That would be the most effective of all --- that and the deportation of all Muslims from the United States of America. This includes the Obama himself!

Black Jack Pershing had the right idea in how to deal with islam. His tactics garnered 50 years of peace for the Phillipines. Islam only recognizes strength. If we take away the rules of engagement, and let our troops fight to win, it would be far more effective than bowing to enemies and betraying allies.

The fact that Barack Hussein Obama supports the Muslim Brotherhood and HAMAS (BOTH terrorist organizations who have sworn to murder Isrealis as well as Americans), along with the fact that our so-called "President" has promised billions of dollars in support of said organizations seems to prove that Obama himself is supportive of the terrorists' goals and is therefore a traitor to the United States of America. These objective, undeniable facts, along with the fact that our "President" wants to institute 'talks' with the murderous, jihadist Taliban (since they will now once again be in control of Afghanistan), would seem to be prima facie evidence that Obama himself is a Muslim-loving traitor, (not a stretch, since his father was a radical Muslim and he, himself attended madrassas in Indonesia at one time), working a treasonous plot to overthrow the rightful, Constitutional government of these United States and, as such, should be impeached and prosecuted for his crimes at once. (Please excuse the run-on sentence structure, as I am furious that this 'man' is being allowed to destroy our country, one billion at a time). I implore every freedom-loving, patriotic American citizen to reach out to your Senators and your Congressmen and insist that the treasonous acts now taking place be stopped, and that a legal, Constitutional administration be placed in power. Vote for Romney, at least he's not actively ANTI-American. He's also the one and only person who has a chance to unseat the worst traitor to ever set foot into the White House.

Democrats are bitter reactionaries, against any policy of Republicans. So they do the opposite of Republican policies whenever they can. Ever since McGovern they have been like children with oppositional defiance disorder. Thus their policies are purely delusional, especially toward genocidal Islamist movements. What Daniel Patrick Moynihan said about Jimmy Carter now applies to almost all professional Democrats: "Unable to distinguish between our friends and our enemies, Carter has adopted our enemies' view of the world."

No one in the U.S. Department of State has the smallest effective idea about how to deal with terrorism.
