You're almost correct. Under Holder's "Justice " dept., if any CAUCASIAN citizen had the temerity to refuse to answer questions under oath, they'd be jailed immediately. Very early on, Holder came right out and stated that "it doesn't do us any good" to prosecute any minorities who commit crimes. This was the reason he cited for dropping the case, which had already been adjudicated, against the NBPP. If any whites had threatened voters at the polls with clubs, they would have been jailed for a very, very long time. Unfortunately, whites don't have rights according to Eric Holder.
