As an intermediate teacher, I have witnessed daily the acceptance (if not celebration) of teen pregnancy (13 to 15 year-old kids). Why not? Mom and dad will take care of my kid and collect welfare, under a myriad of state and federal programs, while I go merrily about my way squeezing out future welfare queens and kings.
