Great points, every one. But where is the outrage over the immigration declaration?? Not that obama continues to abuse the constitution and overstep his authority as Head of the executive branch. What really amazes me is the underlying truth that at least half of these "dream" kids -- all of whom are here illegally ( in spite of Obamas declaration) -- and not illegible to vote - WILL VOTE - and will vote for Obama.
Where is the justice dept? I'll tell you. They are doing all they can to block voter ID laws, and block attempts to update voter roles and purge dead democrats from the lists. We are in one "mell of a hess" with these lawless sob's running the show. Look around the world - focus on Syria and realize that the only thing stopping this tyrant Obama from acting like Assad - is the 2nd amendment, and he is doing all he can to restrict it.
The veneer of civilization is very thin and even in the US, it is being worn down to the quick. It is time for men and women of honor to stand up and restore our constitution and our union of sovereign States, held together for common defense and for resolution of interstate disputes.
Once we defeat the left in Novemeber we must be vigilant for they have demonstrated that they will act against the will of the people, even as lame duck represenatives and senators in order to exert their will.
Heaven help us!

There is no "outrage" over the Immigration declaration because that's a snare into which we're being invited to step. My hope is that Romney will take great offense instead at the lawlessness of the Imperial Presidency of Obama. The particulars of this declaration or that, are not important if Obama is defeated. If Obama chooses to supplant the Constitutional role of Congress THAT is the issue, not the ruse of an argument he is intent on provoking.

Watch for the next great attack on our second amendment, in the form of the UN small arms treaty, which Oblunder, Holder, and Clinton are pushing for with all of their might. If they get the UN one foot into the door, America is finished as a Constitutional Republic. It will come down to how many people are true Oathkeepers. Many people will die, which has been the plan all along. Wholesale Socialism always starts with the mass murder of regular people standing up for their rights. Read your history.

I have yet to see all of the details about this illegal immigrant thing. Are there any cut-off dates for having arrived in the U.S.? Any age limit at the time of illegal entry?
This is not amnesty, per se; it is a decision not to deport them. They still cannot vote until they have legal residency or citizenship. If they vote illegally this time, they probably also did it last time so, in theory, there should not be much difference.
I think the author is correct: it´s this week´s Shiny Bauble to keep we monkies mesmerized.

Obama wants votes and he will do anything to get them. Hispanics who came here legally do not want to see the process modified to permit some people - the chosen ones - to jump ahead of those who are going through the process legally, as many others have done.
These illegal aliens vote! Illegally ! That is why the dems oppose the voter ID laws --- ever notice that no proof of citizenship is required to register - even if you have a photo ID.

The truly scary part is that our emasculated Congress can neither stand up to this tyrant nor articulate a reason why he's abusing his office. Both parties have soiled the Constitution to the point that it is unreadable and neither party answers to the call of what the founding fathers stood for.

Bravo, TJ!! Obama is doing exactly as he pleases and all anyone can think of to do is vote in November. It may work over all the dead folks that still vote and the illegal aliens. But.....how long will it be in the courts and what kind of a mess in the streets even if Romney happens to win at the ballot box.
