Impeachment proceedings would slow down Obama. He has provided many reasons for doing so, chief among them his failure to live up to his oath of office. This should be done as soon as Holder is held in contempt later this week. I don't see any advantage waiting until the election to state the conservative position. Everyone should know where we stand.
