It appears that willful disregard of the law is what is being done by federal authorities. Indifference to the law is criminal. No man is above the law and only those who break it are under the law. To me this willful indifference and willful disregard of the law is what amounts to "high crimes and misdemeanors”. My recollection that the oath of the office of the president, is that he swears allegiance to protect defend the Constitution of the United States of America. This legal action against the states amounts to treason.
