I viewed the video, and he does, indeed, say, "...Heats..."
Combine this with "ComiNskey Park" and "Navy 'corpseman'" and mix in a pinch of "I don't know the difference between 'Medal of Freedom' and 'Medal of Honor'' with a dash of "...shout out..." and "...we've got your back..." and you have a fellow who is not only completely out of touch with America; he is completely unqualified -- due to lack of "class" -- to be anywhere near America's presidency.
