The Supreme Court was the last hope conservatives had that common sense would prevail over ObamaCare. Our hopes were turned away by their decision which stated in part:

“Members of this Court are vested with the authority to interpret the law; we possess neither the expertise nor the prerogative to make policy judgments. Those decisions are entrusted to our Nation’s elected leaders, who can be thrown out of office if the people disagree with them. It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”

In my opinion, the court slapped us in the face with the “gauntlet of truth” and then threw it down as a challenge for the American people - WE,THE PEOPLE – to take back our country from the traitors in Washington.

This is the beginning of the Second American Revolution! If you love this country you MUST vote for the most conservative candidates on your ballot and urge EVERYONE you know to do the same this November!

But good point! The courts put the decision back to where it belongs according to our Constitution. I think they were wrong in their decision and were only avoiding the violence of the immoral leftists, but we are here now...FORWARD to Truth!

Honestly, I almost threw up when I heard the decision upholding Obamacare mandate and all. I was just sure the thuggish way it was pushed thru with no hearings, Republicans locked out of meetings, bribes for votes, no one reading it, lawyers and staff writing it, gazillion regulations yet to be written at the discretion of HHS, etc., couldn't possibly stand.

Then, I heard CJ Roberts opinion telling the people that it was up to them to correct the situation. Basically, "you elected these nitwits, if you don't like what they're doing throw them out."

Okay -- let's do THAT! And once Obamacare is repealed it does NOT need to be replaced.

On June 28, 2012, once again slavery became legal in the United States with a decision of the Supreme Court. Over three hundred million Americans became slaves to the Federal government. Forty-five months ago, ninety-six percent of the descendents of slaves voted to elect a new slave master. They got their wish. The Federal government can now impose a “tax” of $10,000 on any individual who does not spend at least five hours a year picking cotton. June 28 will become known as another Day of Infamy.

Wasn't it electing a Republican president that got us into this mess? The nation's first version of this - at the state level - was the brain-child of Mitt Romney - the Republican presidential nominee who is NOT going to save us from the very system he invented now that it is nation-wide. The Supreme Court Justice who cast the deciding vote in favor of Obama-Care (and authored the majority opinion in favor of its legality) was a "conservative" Republican judge appointed by a guy named George W. Bush. I seem to remember him being a Republican, too.

Republicans will not prevent the destruction of the Republic - they are too busy helping the Democrats cause it.

I wish I could share your optimism, but the U.S. has passed the point of no return. Buckle up: we're in for a rough landing no matter who wins in November.

It is good that SCOTUS has reminded us of our duty through their decision. As citizens, we can no longer sit back and idly rely on one or the other branch of our federal government to "do the right thing." Nay, we have to insist on their proper performance duties as enumerated in the Constitution.

Our liberty was bought and paid for with the treasured lives of our forebears and is not ours to squander. We sent George W. Bush a resounding "NO!" to his Shamnesty ploy in 2006, and we must say "NOT THIS WAY!" to the Affordable Care Act of 2010.

The govenment gauntlet has been thrown at our feet and we must pick it up, showing government that We the People of these United States are captains of our own fate and Fortunes. Not them!

Recall the words of Parick Henry at the Virginia Convention in 1775:

"Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace — but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"

Ladies and gentlemen -- I myself was horrifically dismayed at Chief Justice Robert's decision yesterday, and quite frankly, nearly threw up on my keyboard over what I felt was a horrendous betrayal. However, after 24 hours, and listening as carefully as possible to many opinions all over the spectrum, I believe I've come to the following conclusions (abbreviated for a blog posting): 1. Chief Justice Roberts has maintained the integrity of the court in a highly charged environment by ruling both for and against key provisions; 2. He exposed, in a non-reversible way, what we have all known from the beginning -- it is a tax, even though many tried to claim it wasn't. In doing so, he exposes the opposition as duplicitous at best, and outright deceptive and lawless at worst. 3. He has directed back to the people the responsibility to take charge of their elected officials, and to hold them accountable. 4. Even though he has given the administration a great gift in upholding the ACA, he has given us an equally great gift -- exposing them for who they are -- socialists who do not hold true to their oaths and who love political power more than their country or Constitution. They will not be able to shed this albatross. 5. I liken it to a very dangerous game of chess. Chief Justice Roberts could have siezed his opponent's queen and put his opponent at severe disadvantage. But I think he's thinking bigger than just this move -- he's thinking about the whole "game". Instead of taking a queen, he sacrificed his own -- but because he sees the checkmate even in the sacrifice. The checkmate is, of course, voting the current administration out of office and taking back our government. Once done, we can repeal the law and fix the problems.

I want to write a whole editorial on this, but simply don't have the time. My boss does expect me to actually work for him instead of blogging.... But think about this -- there are the battles and there are the wars. Sun Tsu's quitessential philosophy that "all warfare is based on deception" applies here. Yes, the Chief Justice made a sacrifice play, supposedly giving the opponent a crucial win -- but he has a broader perspective in mind, and as much as I loath the ACA and all the usurptations it stands for, I believe that the Chief Justice has been incredibly shrewd, and has positioned us for checkmate. Let us not waste this opportunity! We must rally to the cause!

"I believe that this ruling by the court will reinvigorate the tea party movement in a way that nothing else could have and, provided Republicans don't blow it by refusing to take the gloves off in the campaign, could help lead to a GOP landslide in November." The God Owful Party Big Shots (you can't call them leaders) never blow an opportunity to blow an opportunity. Has anyone heard a call by these idiots to impeach Roberts? The Supremes oath of office is to defend the Constitution. If the big shots had a spine transplant they would demand he resign or be impeached.

I am still waiting for someone to explain to me what the argument over whether the fine for not buying Obamacare is a fine or a tax has to do with the constitutionality of forcing American citizens to buy something, anything they do not want, and forcing everyone into a one size fits all health system. Of course Obama and his wench, as well as all members of congress and their families will be exempt from this outrage.

Because of what Roberts did, we the people now have the power to take back our freedom from the greedy, despotic hands of our political elite. When we do, we need to set in motion the dismantling of our government's massive interference in the business of health care. If we do not throw our government OUT of any good or service that we can buy for ourselves, we will never solve the crippling economic problems caused by enormous handouts of free stuff to privileged voters who return the favor by keeping their favorite politicians in office.

Access to health care is easy - all you have to do is pay for it. Health care is NOT a right, it is a personal need that you must supply for yourself. Declaring that something that you can buy for yourself is a right allows our lawmakers to corrupt their chosen recipients with copious amounts of goodies at the expense of the rest of us. It is passed off as charity, but in reality it is corruption that has no limit, because the demand has no limit.

Charity must not be handed out by our government, because charity is too complex and personal for our government to know with certainty who does and does not deserve it. Our government must get OUT of the charity business, because it deprives we the people of the closeness, familiarity, compassion and justice that comes with helping the truly needy, while effectively shunning those who come circling like sharks around the promise of a free lunch.

Our government should exist for the common good, to provide only those things that we the people cannot provide for ourselves (personal needs) or directly to each other (charity). Our government should exist to provide such things as our national defense, our system of justice and our public health system. That is where our precious tax dollars should go, NOT as handouts to privileged free riders for their personal comfort and ease.

Our health care system must return to the free market, because that is the most fair and just place for a free people to take care of our personal needs. Those who need charity must again find that assistance from us, not our political elite. We already know that there will never be enough money in the world to satisfy all the needs that are wanting, so we must show we have learned our lesson by balancing mercy with common sense.

Restore the free market, and get our government OUT of what we are able to buy for ourselves. Let our government serve only the common good, leaving charity to we who know well whom we help and why.

The inalienable rights of American citizens have been revoked by the egotistical rantings of one pseudo-intellectual judge in an pathetic attempt to exhibit the superiority of his legal acumen above that of his peers, and, by his singular effort, he has destroyed and repudiated the legacy of individual freedom that is the very foundational principle upon which the Federal Government was created to defend and protect.

So, before one jumps on the bandwagon glorifying the shrewdness of Justice Roberts in advancing conservatism, please consider these two simple facts:

1) The inherent fallacy of the so-called “Commerce Clause”, upon which Congress has relied for years to regulate any and every aspect of economic activity, was upheld; but it cannot be used to regulate “economic inactivity”, such as one not purchasing health insurance.

2) What then can Congress use to regulate “inactivity”? What else but its UNLIMITED power to tax.

What kind of personal behavior falls outside the categories of “activity” and “inactivity”? None, whatsoever! Therefore, the ramifications of ruling by the Supreme Court that the ACA is constitutional grant Congress, a group of corrupt cowards, by one means or another, the power to regulate everything and everyone.

Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, human rights that the Founders considered to be given to an individual by God, are now completely subordinated to the whims and fancies of godless, manipulative politicians.

Let’s hear it for InJustice Roberts: YEA!!!!!

Let’s hear it for God: BOO!!!!!

Let’s hear it for the American Citizen: FU.
