It is good that SCOTUS has reminded us of our duty through their decision. As citizens, we can no longer sit back and idly rely on one or the other branch of our federal government to "do the right thing." Nay, we have to insist on their proper performance duties as enumerated in the Constitution.

Our liberty was bought and paid for with the treasured lives of our forebears and is not ours to squander. We sent George W. Bush a resounding "NO!" to his Shamnesty ploy in 2006, and we must say "NOT THIS WAY!" to the Affordable Care Act of 2010.

The govenment gauntlet has been thrown at our feet and we must pick it up, showing government that We the People of these United States are captains of our own fate and Fortunes. Not them!

Recall the words of Parick Henry at the Virginia Convention in 1775:

"Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace — but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!"
