Mr. Bozell, this move by the supreme court - the nail on the coffin driven by Mr Roberts - is a cause for great concern - the left fails to realize that there are those of us [ not hiding behind walls of gated communities ] that have just about had enough. We are seeing our very way of life being destroyed, and this is unacceptable. We are not college professors , not polictical hacks , not hollywood elites, rather we are down to earth PEOPLE of the land - We are farmers / ranchers - veterans - parents - etcs. We have just about had enough !

He is a traitor to strict constitutionalism
That pretty much says it all.

"Someone clearly pressed Roberts to cry 'uncle'." Unless that someone was the Devil himself, the exact story must come to be known. Did Roberts internalize the background noise of the chanting Leftists? Shame on us for granting him the Chair. Were other pressures brought more directly to bear? Were they legal or extra-legal? Mark Levin calls this ruling "lawless". ObamaCare authorizes 16,000 more IRS agents and gives the bureaucrats direct access to the checking accounts of every American. The vice is closing on us folks. Tick Tock. When Fascism seals the deal on America it will make Hitler's affair look like chlid's play.

Not only is Roberts a traitor to the constitution, but is a traitor to America. And most have rationalized it all.

Jim In Alabama: My best guess is that either Roberts woke up one morning with a dead horse`s head in bed with him, or someone has some very inside information on him. Remember, we are dealing with people from Chicago here. Obama and his crew are the type who will stop at nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, to maintain their ill-gotten power.

This whole mess should be enough of a catalyst to have an epic GOTV for republicans and conservatives in November.
The spineless Boehner and "whats-his-name" in the senate are NOT the leadership that we need in Congress. They've allowed this president to run all over the legislative branch and haven't raised but a peep.
Is this what democracy looks like? sounds more like Venezuala to me.

RudyT, this is exactly what a democracy looks like. That's why the framers of the Constitution declared us a Republic. In a Republic, people would not stand idly by while events like this happen. Somewhere around FDR, we were declared a democracy, and the handouts began and here we are, experiencing exactly what happens in a democracy...a move toward socialism because everyone has their hand in the government pie.
