Tad, it is this same RNC who shoved John McCain down our conservative throats and then thought that backing a woman (Sarah Palin) for Veep would really take them over the top in 2008 since the dems had Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton romping and stomping.
We see how that worked out and I (a nobody in political circles) tried to point that out to them to no avail.. My biggest fear is they have done it again with Romney. For some reason the Repubs always submit, roll over and let the Democrats kick away without an agressive figh tback..
I have never understood this and guess I never will.
