Best thing that could happen is for a swift and speedy trial for the current creep, then stick the needle in his arm post-haste.

Certainly, do not publish his manifesto or rantings. The rational people do not care what possible slight might have caused the creep to act. Put him down like a rabid dog and move on.

This is what happens when the harsh reality of LIFE smacks an idiot in the side of his head, and loudly proclaims, YOU ARE NOT GETTING A TROPHY for YOUR FAILURE. So in a petulant tantrum one expects from a good little indoctrinated useful idiot, he drops out of his PHD program and goes on a rampage. We could probably stop this kind of action when we stop electing liberals and allowing them to reward failure! The marxist statists reward failure from early childhood to adult welfare state. The realities of life invade the fantasyland, and it is too much for some to bear.

I think they should take him out to the target range and put one right between the eyes after wounding him a few times to let him feel the pain his victims felt. Sound a little harsh? That's life! Life isn't fair, nor is it soft or easy. If you choose to go out and break the law, there are consequences for you actions. I firmly believe in the death penalty for this wasteoid loser.

Well said, but the idiots of the left would have him spend the rest of his days on the public dime in a penetentiary. In a perfect world we could carry out your sentence this weekend. This piece of filth will be on trial for the next ten years at least, when he should be pushing up daisys next week.

Speedy trial, then quick and certain punishment, after making him dig his own grave!

Why does the press spend some such energy to dig up inconsequential things about an inconsequential murderer? Shouldn't they spend all that time flushing out the guy in the WH whose actions hurt all Americans? OK to have half mast for the victims at Aurora. Don't the soldiers who have sacrificed their lives for our freedom receive same treatment? For everyday these soldiers are returned to Dover AFB, I'd keep the flag at the WH and the Capitol Bldg at half mast to remind the country of our unnecessary committment of American lives.

This trial and its attendant publicity will go on for years. The Islamist terrorist from Fort Hood still hasn't stood trial!

The way to stop these massacres is to stop disarming citizens. Only one armed man inside of that theater could have prevented this. One armed student at UVA could have prevented countless deaths. One armed soldier at Ft. Hood would have prevented a second fatality.

@DaneChile: As you may or may not know, it's against military regulations for military personnel to have weapons on base/post (except MPs/Security Police)!

Yes. Otherwise, Hassan would have received more and given less.
