Dave, I'm sorry, I don't know what you are referring to when you say 'JP' and 'ADL'. (Jewish Press and ....Alaskan Dental League?) :)
However, the article above does not quote PressTV; it claims to quote the actual speech, which was reportedly posted on the Iranian president's website:

which could account for the discrepancy between the two quotes.
Strangely enough, while the article above says that the president's speech was posted on the website, all I could find was this more palatable--and possibly incomplete--summary of the speech, which contained almost no direct quotes from the president. It's not a transcript of the speech at all.
So, there are two possibilities, right? Either Arnold Ahlert out-and-out manufactured the quote above, or--gasp--Ahmadinejad removed the true content of his speech and replaced it with something a little more PC for the Jews and Christians watching at home.
I don't know about you, but I know which way I'm leaning. After all, he has been known to do that very thing in the past:
