The Patriot Post's mission is to advocate for Essential Liberty, the restoration of constitutional limits on government and the judiciary, and to promote free enterprise, national defense and traditional American values. Our objective is to provide Patriots across our nation with a touchstone of First Principles through brief, informative and entertaining analyses of relevant news, policy and opinion from reputable research, advocacy and media organizations, so they may better support and defend those Principles, and enlist others to join our ranks." —Mark Alexander, Publisher
The Patriot Post is not sustained by any political, special interest or parent organization, and we accept no advertising. Our mission and operations are funded entirely by the voluntary financial support of Patriots like you!
Many good points in the article and beneath.
First, we already have an objective measurement. The effect of man on climate change is now proven to be less than the difference between a high sunspot and low sunspot 11 year cycle. I look forward to reading your subsequent post which no doubt will tie this in to the El Nino/La Nina cycle.
Secondly, and I can never repeat this enough, there is a symbolic and religious motive involved here too. Having given up on God, the Left has imported a perverted form of Christianity: Man, the center of the universe, has been bad, therefore bringing on doom: he will burn.
That the IPCC laments that its predictions are met with obdurate and contradictory facts only brings them to ride their hobbyhorse with more passion. I look forward to Dr. Mann's suit against Mr. Steyn! Signs and wonders... desperation for the folk who, literally, want to stop the world and get off. Tough. The railroad tracks lead one way, just like time, just like death follows life. This Chicken Little mass hysteria is more than just political control (though it is certainly that).
