Dr. Williams,Another great piece. But, the next question I believe that should be asked is how do we get rid of these unconstitutional laws that have been passed? I understand that it is through the court system, but besides spending 3 to 5 years getting a law degree, how does the average person go about getting these laws off the books? I'm guessing the Supreme Court has ruled that just because I am a tax payer, that does not give me enough reason to petition the court to declare these laws unconstitutional.
