BIDEN: AN “ELDERLY MAN WITH A POOR MEMORY”
- Just last week, a special counsel found Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” — including classified documents related to national security and “sensitive intelligence sources and methods” — in his home, garage, and office for decades.
- However, the special counsel declined to recommend charging Biden because he is an “elderly man with a poor memory…for whom many jurors will want to identify with reasonable doubt.”
- Even worse, the special counsel admitted “it would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him…of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”
- According to the special counsel, Biden displayed “diminished faculties and faulty memory.”
- The report described Biden’s memory as appearing to have “significant limitations.”
- Biden’s “memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him.”
- Biden mistakenly recalled disagreeing with a general during interviews; in reality, the general “was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly” in a memo to President Obama.
- Biden repeatedly forgot when he served as Vice President.
EVEN DEMOCRATS ADMIT BIDEN HAS A PROBLEM
- According to The Washington Post, Democrats are having a “hair on fire” moment as worries grow over Biden’s age and memory lapses.
- Top Democrat strategist David Axelrod claims the special counsel’s report “goes to the core of what is plaguing Biden politically now, which is a widespread fear that he’s not up to it.”
- Paul Begala, a Biden supporter and former advisor to President Clinton, called the special counsel’s report “terrible for Democrats” and explained that “anybody with a functioning brain knows that.”
- Democrat consultant James Carville believes that Democrats are “officially in Hail Mary mode,” hoping that a “criminal conviction for Trump” will shift the election in Biden’s favor.
- Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is calling Biden’s age a “legitimate issue.”
- Progressive strategist Jonathan Tasini admits, “whether Democrats like it or not” Biden’s age has become “an issue.”
- According to Representative Adam Smith (D-WA), Biden “does not have the normal strength to go out there and campaign.”
- Many Democrats on Capitol Hill and close to the White House are speaking to reporters anonymously to express their concern.
- On background, one House Democrat told Axios that they believed Biden’s verbal slip-ups have been “awful.”
- According to one anonymous Democrat operative, the special counsel’s report on Biden was “worse” than they ever thought it could be.
- Another former White House official simply called the news of the special counsel’s report “brutal.”
- A Democrat strategist and former staffer to President Obama claims, “there is a massive wave of deflation right now, but there’s no alternative [to Biden].”
- According to another Democrat strategist, the party is in a “DefCon One situation.”
BIDEN’S NOT PLAYING WITH A FULL DECK
- At 81 years, Biden is the oldest serving president in U.S. history.
- If elected in 2024, Biden would be 86 years old at the end of his second term.
- Biden’s close advisors admit that his energy has diminished, significantly limiting his schedule.
- White House aides say that “it’s difficult to schedule public or private events with the president in the morning, in the evening, or on weekends.”
- Democrats in Congress admit Biden “does not have the normal strength to go out there and campaign.”
- The White House has made several adjustments to compensate for Biden’s diminished faculties, including extra-large font on his teleprompter and note cards to direct him what to say and who to call on.
- Biden has ditched wearing dress shoes to reduce the risk of falls and has been urged to walk shorter distances while on camera.
- Biden now uses the short stairs to board and exit Air Force One in order to avoid tripping.
BIDEN OFTEN GETS CONFUSED
- Extremism, confusion, and obfuscation are the trademarks of Biden’s presidency.
- Biden has a long track record of making up extravagant stories, frequently lying about events which “never took place.”
- Biden has been compared to a human Roomba, as he often gets confused as to where to go.
- Biden has to frequently ask staff who he is supposed to take questions from and yield to.
- In what seems to be a daily occurrence, Biden gets mixed up. In just the past few months, Biden:
- Referred to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi as the “president of Mexico.”
- Twice referred to former German Chancellor Angela Merkel as Helmut Kohl, who died in 2017.
- Confused French President Emmanuel Macron with François Mitterrand, who died in 1996.
- Promised to serve as president for all, “whether you live in a red state or a green state.”
- Referred to Hamas as “the opposition” while scrambling to make a coherent sentence.
- Read the “period” from his pre-written script.
- Referred to his vice president as “President Harris.”
- Referred to Justin Trudeau as “Prime Minister Joe.”
- Talked to the National Hockey League champions about football.
- Told a made-up story about almost attending the Naval Academy.
- Told a made-up story about an Amtrak conductor congratulating him for traveling more than a million miles on Amtrak.
- Claimed Russia was “losing the war in Iraq” while speaking about Ukraine.
AMERICANS DON’T HAVE CONFIDENCE IN BIDEN
- Americans agree: Joe Biden’s cognitive health is a major concern going into the 2024 elections.
- 86 percent of Americans, including 73 percent of Democrats, now say Biden is too old to serve as president, according to an ABC News/Ipsos poll.
- Previously, 77 percent of Americans, including 69 percent of Democrats, said in August 2023 Biden is too old to be effective for four more years, according to an AP-NORC poll.
- 76 percent of voters, including half of Democrats, say they’re concerned about Biden’s mental and physical fitness for a second term, according to a poll by NBC News.
- A poll by Monmouth University had similar findings – 76 percent of voters, including 56 percent of Democrats, said Biden is too old to effectively serve another term.
- Just 32 percent of Americans think Biden has “mental sharpness” for a second term, according to a Washington Post-ABC News poll.
- For independent voters such as Bernadette Wright, there are serious concerns about Biden’s mental capability: “We’re not talking about age here, we’re talking about aptitude. We’re talking about his ability to perform.”
BIDEN IS AN ABSENTEE PRESIDENT
- Biden campaigned on “transparency,” but he has repeatedly refused to answer questions from the press as president.
- The White House admitted that they do not “recommend” Biden take “impromptu reporter questions.”
- Biden has done fewer press conferences than any president in the past 30 years.
- Biden set a “modern record,” as he waited more than two months to hold his first press conference.
