The Patriot Post® · 'Unbelievably Small'
At a joint press conference this morning with British Foreign Secretary William Hague in London, Secretary of State John Kerry made the case for attacking Syria:
“We will be able to hold Bashar Assad accountable without engaging in troops on the ground, or any other prolonged kind of effort, in a very limited, very targeted, very short-term effort,” Kerry insisted. And whatever we do there, he added, will be an “unbelievably small, limited kind of effort.”
Have we really come to the place where the world’s only superpower is threatening (if you can even call it that) to use an “unbelievably small” military strike to accomplish anything? The only thing that’s “unbelievably small” is America’s stature with Barack Obama as president.
