Washington DC Demos approved a protest permit for the 9/11 Million Muslim March on the Capitol, though it turned out to be a few hundred Muslims. The city did NOT approve the Million Biker Ride into DC to drown out the Muslim protest, but as bikers are inclined to do, they roared into DC without a permit. Indeed, they surrounded the Muslims protesters with Hogs!
