The Patriot Post® · Amending ObamaCare

The Congressional Research Service released a report yesterday showing that ObamaCare has been amended or delayed some 19 times. Of those 19 changes, Barack Obama has signed 14 laws that amend, rescind or otherwise change aspects of his “signature achievement,” and he’s take five independent executive actions to do likewise.

The law itself is, we maintain, unconstitutional, regardless of what Chief Justice John Roberts ruled last year. But amending law by executive fiat is also unconstitutional. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
