Jeffery Barton of Vancouver, Washington, was charged with illegally discharging a firearm in July, after he fired a round into the air in order to chase thieves off his property. “I did what Joe Biden told me to do. I went outside and fired my shotgun in the air.” For the record, anyone who takes Joe Biden’s advice on anything, should be arrested!

As you recall, Biden issued this advice in a February interview about gun control: “If you want to protect yourself, get a double-barreled shotgun. If there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here … put that double-barreled shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house.”

Barton is awaiting his next court date.
