Former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay’s 2010 conviction of money laundering was overturned Thursday. A Texas appeals court ruled that there was insufficient evidence that DeLay illegally funneled money to Republican candidates in 2002, and threw out his verdict and three year sentence. That one must really get under the skin of a few Democrats.
