The Patriot Post® · EPA Admits CO2 Regulations a Fraud

Earlier this week, the EPA issued new carbon emissions rules that will devastate the coal industry. One thing they won’t have any effect on whatsoever is the climate.

In the comments section of its proposal, the EPA admits, “The EPA does not anticipate that this proposed rule will result in notable CO2 emission changes, energy impacts, monetized benefits, costs, or economic impacts by 2022.”

Step 1: Issue rules.

Step 2: Destroy coal industry.
