After the Left’s “global warming” alarmists were taken to the woodshed last week when the UN significantly revised its warming predictions, al-G'ore and his ilk, whose ultimate motive is centralized economic control through climate change legislation and regulation, were apoplectic.

Now, another of the Left’s political objectives, gun confiscation, took a hit this week. With gun ownership in American at an all-time high, violent crime, according to the FBI’s most recent national crime report, is the lowest it has been in more than four decades. The rate of homicides in which murderers use guns has decreased almost 50%, from a high of 6.62 per 100,000 to 3.27 in 2012.

For some reason, Barack Hussein Obama and his Socialist Democratic Party are not heralding the news. Their silence is deafening.
