Treasury Secretary Jack Lew let this whopper on the Sunday morning yakety-yuck forums: “The president has taken many steps over the last several years to show his willingness to negotiate. He’s done it with Democrats saying he’s too eager to negotiate!” So we are to believe that Senate Demo Leader Harry Reid is restraining Obama from negotiating? Right, got it.
