After three years under construction, DemoCare’s health exchange website is still a flop, despite the billions of dollars poured into making it structurally sound. Did we mention billions of dollars? “The website is troubled by coding problems and flaws in the architecture of the system, according to insurance-industry advisers, technical experts and people close to the development of the marketplace,” reports The Wall Street Journal. Then again, what about this administration isn’t flawed? You reap what you sow!
