After the launch of Healthcare.gov last Tuesday, the Obama administration has consistently refused to even estimate the number of enrollees. That’s at least partly because of all those darned “glitches” in the site. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius reassured, however, “We’ve identified the glitches, we’ve added hardware, we’re recoding software, and I can tell you today is better than yesterday. But Luke Chung, an online database programmer who likes ObamaCare, said, "It wasn’t designed well, it wasn’t implemented well, and it looks like nobody tested it. … "It’s not even ready for beta testing for my book. I would be ashamed and embarrassed if my organization delivered something like that.” Shameful and an embarrassment pretty well sums it up.
