Yesterday, we noted one programmer’s assessment of Healthcare.gov: “It looks like nobody tested it.” Indeed, it has been besieged with “glitches.” Today we learn that CGI Federal, the (French-)Canadian company that built the website, received at least $500 million for their efforts. Meanwhile, Speaker John Boehner asked, “How can we tax people for not buying a product from a website that doesn’t work?”
