While NSA leaker Edward Snowden was working at the CIA in 2009, his supervisor noted a change in behavior and suspected Snowden was trying to steal classified computer files. But a “veteran law enforcement official” told The New York Times that the report “slipped through the cracks” when Snowden left the CIA to do contract work for the NSA. We all know how that turned out.
