House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi offered her opinion on ObamaCare and the shutdown: “[N]ot, with government shut down and before the plan is even in effect, are they going to make changes.” In other words, we have to implement the law before Republicans can change it. Of course, you recall, it was Pelosi who famously argued, “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it.”
